Last updated 2026-06-15

Using Synli

By creating an account or using Synli, you agree to these terms. If you use Synli for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that organization.

Service description

Synli is a B2B accessibility scanning and reporting service. It combines automated checks, AI-assisted analysis, and human-review indicators to help teams understand accessibility issues.

Authorized scanning only

You must have the right to scan each URL, application area, and authenticated flow you configure in Synli. Do not use Synli to bypass security controls, test systems without permission, or monitor third parties unlawfully.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access credentials confidential. Users who sign in with supported OAuth providers can use Synli without creating a Synli password.

Customer data and credentials

You remain responsible for the websites, credentials, scan targets, and content you submit to Synli. For interactive login, Synli stores encrypted browser session state rather than the customer's site password. Saved credentials for automated scanning are encrypted for crawler use.

Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt unauthorized access, disruption, scraping, reverse engineering beyond what law allows, or abuse of rate limits.
  • Do not upload malicious code or use Synli for unlawful monitoring.
  • Respect plan limits, fair-use boundaries, and instructions from site owners.
  • Do not share accounts outside your organization without permission.

Billing

Paid subscriptions and checkout are handled through Stripe. Pricing, page limits, billing intervals, and included features are shown on the pricing page or in a written order form.

Disclaimers and liability

Synli is provided as a scanning and reporting aid. We do not guarantee that every accessibility issue will be found, that AI output will be error-free, or that use of Synli alone satisfies legal accessibility obligations.

To the extent permitted by law, Synli is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or decisions made without appropriate human review. Any liability cap may be further defined in your order form or enterprise agreement.
